Continuing with the bi-weekly schedule, and this will continue until the end of the year, WineHQ launched WINE 11.5, version that succeeds the 11.4 from two weeks agoInitially, it's not a particularly exciting iteration, as it doesn't have any newsworthy features and there haven't been as many hundreds of changes as in the development of WINE 9 or 10, which saw close to or exceeding 600 changes every two weeks.
WINE 11.5 arrives with C++ support in the build system, bundled UCI libraries, support for sending Syscall users on Linux, and several VBScript compatibility fixes, along with the usual numerous bug fixes. In numbers, the following improvements have been made: 198 changes and corrected 22 bugs, those in the following list.

Now available
Wine 11.5 is now available for download from the button below. Its download page also contains information on how to install this and other versions on Linux operating systems, as well as others like macOS and even Android.
In two weeks, if the usual schedule holds and nothing suggests otherwise, WINE 11.6 will arrive, also with dozens of changes to prepare for WINE 12.0, which, based on past releases, will arrive in early 2027. This pace will continue until the end of the year, when the release frequency will increase to weekly Release Candidates, then stable (WINE 12), and then development of WINE 13.0 will begin.
