- Installer with animated previewsWhen choosing a desktop environment, animated GIF or WebP clips are now displayed, offering a quick preview of each option's appearance and layout. These are available for KDE Plasma, GNOME, Niri, and COSMIC. Additionally, the selection list has been reorganized to present configurations from the simplest to the most advanced.
- One-click Winboat integrationFrom the CachyOS Welcome application, users can easily install and activate Winboat. This tool allows you to run a Windows virtual machine within Docker, greatly simplifying the use of Windows software alongside the main Linux system.
- Automatic system improvementsThe installer now automatically detects and installs the correct microcode package for the CPU (Intel or AMD), avoiding the installation of both. Additionally, in system settings, the wireless regulatory domain is automatically set according to the user's time zone.
